Paper Submission

Paper submissions are now closed. Thank you for your interest.
Extended abstracts submission is being handled by Easychair. If you don't already have an Easychair account, you will need to create one before submitting your abstract.
Extended abstracts are due on Sunday the 15th 23rd of January, 2012. Abstracts should be between 200 and 500 words in length and should be detailed enough to judge the content of the final presentation. To allow us easier file handling, the abstracts must be plain text only. If you feel that a diagram is needed in the abstract use the attachment function.
If accepted, at least one author must be registered to speak as we will not accept proxies.
There is no obligation to submit a final paper or the presentation slides, but if the authors wish to, the papers and presentation will be posted on the CARO Workshop site.

First read the Call for Presentations. Then go to the CARO 2012 EasyChair site.
CARO 2012 EasyChair login page
If you do not already have an account with EasyChair, you will need to click on the "sign up for an account" button.
Once you have an account, log in. Make sure you are in the "author" role and in the CARO 2012 workshop area. In case you have used EasyChair in a different role, it may still have that role and perhaps a different conference saved. Then click on "New Submission".

Follow instructions and put your title and abstract text in the appropriate fields. Click on the "abstract only" field and don't upload a paper (or if you do, then it should be the same as the abstract and in plain text).

When you press "submit", EasyChair will do some checks and if these pass, your extended abstract will be accepted. You will be able to amend or withdraw it throughout the submission period.
